Leading a fitness lifestyle sounds great to most men but when it comes to the hard work of actualising that lifestyle we can fall flat on our faces. Figuring out how to reduce the foods we enjoy eating is difficult, waking up early to prepare meals feels like torture, getting into a routine of exercise is some self-inflicted punishment and on and on. The key is to set goals that fit your lifestyle.

It’s all the rage some would say; go online to blogs, social media sites and news articles and they all have their hands in the pot of intermittent fasting. It’s nothing new, fasting has been a part of human history for a long time but when celebrities and health-conscious money makers see a good thing the world starts to take notice.
Revising a goal doesn’t necessarily mean changing it for something else. It could just be refining the goal taking into account your current situation and progress. This will recharge your desire to achieve what you set out to do.
If you think back to your youth, what were the exercises, games and sports you enjoyed most? Maybe you weren’t the most sporting child in school but if you had to pick an activity to get your blood racing what would it be?
Exercise as a way to quell frustration and anger has many benefits such as giving you more drive and desire to get in a top workout, expending calories if weight-loss is also a goal, expending energy that will likely encourage better sleep and ultimately you’ll reshape your body and increase good health.
PT’s are well versed in the effect resistance has on the body, how you can accelerate weight-loss through different styles of training and how exercise can make you feel good and look like a stunner.
There’s nothing wrong with a man taking care of his looks, I hope we can all agree with that as men. Just like you’d expect your wife to beautify herself for you, likewise, a man should do those things that make his wife pleased to call him her husband. A man should aim to dress well and smell amazing with good manners and a strong frame that can handle any given situation.
Defending those in need is honourable, working with your hands is honourable, patience and perseverance in good are also the same – honourable. As a muslim it is important that one gains an understanding of their religion, yes, but its also important for a man to be a man and be able to defend those in need.
Today, more and more of us are coming to the realisation that we need to include a level of exercise into our weekly timetable. Men, women and children, the elderly, we all need the benefits gained from regular exercise. But the gym environment isn’t for everyone. Gyms can very often be overcrowded if you attend at peak times, the sweaty environment can result in men and women becoming undressed and showing what should be covered in front of non-marriage partners, and when testosterone is ramped up the gym can turn into a Zoo with wild men doing wild things.
