This course is for beginner and intermediate kettlebell lifters and we recommend Men to begin lifting with a pair of 8-12kg kettlebells. We can recommend suppliers if you do not currently own kettlebells. You’ll have fun and enjoy our programme and achieve all you desire in no time.
Over the 12 week period, you will learn a number of stretches specific to this style of training. We will go through foundational kettlebell exercises that will be invaluable to you as you further and progress your training. Our Q&A sessions will clear up any misconceptions you have about fitness training.
This programme is held online and included in all 1-2-1 packages:
- Learn a number of Kettlebell exercises and complexes
- Hour long sessions each week (number of sessions depends on your package)
- Learn Kettlebell specific stretches
- Q&A whenever you need
- Kettlebell session plan sent to you digitally

The minimum duration of working with us is 3 months and we have a number of packages depending on how many training sessions you need per week.
