At the beginning of any new endeavour or change to the usual routine, it’s understandable that things will be rough. Having a desire to change something that isn’t working is a great step to making the changes many people will never face-up-to. Seeing the goal is the easy part, you may be reminded of the goal just by stepping outside your home, walking down the street and looking at all the fit and healthy people that make this look so easy.
