You’ll likely have friends and/or family members that have had to gather the strength and determination to overcome mental ill-health. The economic cost of Mental ill-health in 2020 was estimated to be in the region of £105 billion each year which is money that could be put into better health services if health, nutrition and fitness were generally given more of a role and appreciation in society. What we put into our bodies determines to a great degree our level of health and standing within society, eat well be well.
Revising a goal doesn’t necessarily mean changing it for something else. It could just be refining the goal taking into account your current situation and progress. This will recharge your desire to achieve what you set out to do.
So the plan is to hit the gym as soon as it opens on the 12th April (God willing). Its the same plan many men have but you’re different, you have a strategy or you will after reading this post to the end.
